Veins

Here you can see an example of editing i did on one of my final photographs. As my work is centered around the theme of addiction it lead me onto experimenting with adding things such as protruding veins, pale complection and dark shadows under the eyes, creating an image similar to that seen of somebody on and injecting drugs.To begin the majority of the editing was changing brightness/contrast, levels, curves and colours to which i then began using the paint brush hand drawing tool . Overall i did initially find it quite difficult to get what i wanted on the image but found that after a while of using photoshop it became much more easier to work with. I would like to work more on this image or maybe another similar adding more and different effects for example working with the wires more in relationship to the skin on the arm and possibly experimenting with the colours within the image.
